Again, there is no set-up charges or minimum orders for any

Custom Fantasy Gear orders cannot be combined with orders
for other products available from FSgear. Custom
designed Fantasy Sport Shirts and other custom gear orders
are processed through a unique check-out shopping cart system
so that designs are uploaded with your order. Custom Fantasy
Sport orders ship directly from our partnered printer for
quicker turn-around. |

Discounts,
vouchers or percent-off sales cannot be applied towards
Fantasy Sports Custom gear. Since each product is uniquely
made, FSgear cannot accept any returns on custom gear. ALL
SALES FOR CUSTOM FANTASY MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL WITH NO RETURNS.

Intellectual Property Rights
We believe strongly in protecting intellectual property rights
online. Our T-shirt Store and Design Apparel Online service
is provided to users as is to design and sell apparel and
other products online. When users of this service signup they
agree to not infringe on trademark, trade name, service mark,
or copyrights owned or claimed by another.
Further, each time users upload a design to our site, they
are agreeing that "No copyrighted material may be placed
on the Service by anyone without the permission of the copyright
owner, or persons authorized by the copyright owner to grant
permission" and take full responsibility for any violations.
Offensive or Demeaning Materials
This site and related services are intended for friendly use.
We recognize that the definition of "offensive"
and "demeaning" will vary. Therefore, we reserve
the right to not print any apparel deemed by us to be offensive
or demeaning. We appreciate your help and understanding. This
policy is meant to curtail abuses in "Design Online!"
service.
Designs that do not meet this policy will be removed and/or
orders cancelled. Most notably, we will not print the word
"F--k", body parts that would normally be covered
by a swim suit, or graphically violent material. Swim suits
and symbols like F@#$ are most often acceptable.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy on the Internet.
We promise that any personal information you submit to us
directly will NOT be used outside normal business operations.
We will NEVER sell this information to direct marketers!
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of the Custom T-shirts offered, we
are unable to offer refunds. All sales are final. We are unable
to resell custom designs.
Printing Violations
Time to time, users may violate these agreements without our
knowledge. However, we work diligently to prevent such violations.
Our customer service department audits designs that are printed
daily and cancels orders deemed to be in violation of these
agreements.
